Most prints are delivered 7 days after the order has been placed and confirmed. This is thanks to the fact that today we print locally in 30 countries.

For some locations that are harder to reach for our courier network, it can take an additional 2-3 days to arrive.

For holiday periods, specifically Christmas, we generally advise ordering as early as possible to ensure that the delivery is on time.

This is because of the higher amount of orders that couriers have to deal with meaning possible delays compared to the rest of the year.

To be on the safe side, you should place your order by 14th December so that the delivery arrives before the 25th.

As a general rule, we use in order to ensure you get your product in time for the day, ensure you place the order a minimum of 10 days before the particular holiday date.
Due to the global pandemic, more people are shopping online and from the safety of their homes, and we are experiencing an unprecedented high number of orders. As a result of the increase in volume, shipping carriers and some of our print partners are experiencing more delays. Overall, some of your orders will take longer to arrive than expected.

Product pages may reflect your local currency because our conversions are applied to show you your familiar currency. Our checkout currency is USD, however, we handle the currency conversion for your payment.
If an order is produced locally in the same country of delivery no customs fees will be added.

Even if we have local production in a country, some products might still be produced in a different country due to production limitations or other reasons and shipped across borders. In that case, customs fees may apply based on local regulations because we have to ship internationally across borders.
In 2019 Brazil implemented a new requirement for the delivery of goods. It is now mandatory to include federal and state tax details when shipping a product to this country.

For individuals, every person in Brazil has a tax number called “CPF” or “Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas” (11 numbers XXX.XXX.XXX-XX) that you have to provide.

However, we also sell frames that you can add to your order so that you do not have to worry about finding one on your own.
Our frames are produced from natural pine/oak wood.

Lightweight 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8″) thick.
Include shatterproof, transparent plexiglass to protect your poster.

NOTE; Please note, we use protective film over the plexiglass in order to protect it. The protective film can be peeled off.
Yes, our frames come with a hanging kit that allows for easy mounting.
Posters; We use different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
Flat: Used for 12" x 16" (30cmx40cm) posters.
Tube: Used for 20" x 28" (50cm x 70cm) & 24" x 36" (60cmx90cm) posters.

Frames; Frames come pre-packed with corners and film and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames.
I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness
