If you are in any way unhappy with the print you receive, because the order was damaged in transit, we can issue a replacement or a refund, after you have supplied photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If you had an error on the order details, entered when placing the order, we don’t accept returns for customer error, or for wrong size ordered, or customer oversight, or partial returns.

We don’t offer refunds if you enter an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Instead, we offer to re-ship the order, for a re-shipping fee pertinent to the country the order is re-shipping to. The re-shipping fee information for your country is available if you contact us at help@mapyourmoon.com

If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a refund within 30 days after the date the order was received. We don’t cover the shipping cost of returns. For refunds or replacements please first contact us at help@mapyourmoon.com so that we can resolve any issues with the order.

Color Consistency

We use the same print machines, paper types and work processes at our print partners to minimize color variations. Having said that, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved.

Multiple factors influence the color, consistency and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Also, products, when printed, may vary from across screen displays, such as due to how computers display colors. Such deviation between on-screen content and physical products that are not due to printing errors shall not be deemed a defect.

Damaged Product

If you receive a defective or damaged product, immediately reach out to us with photos of it, and should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Returns

We currently do not support returns due to the fact that the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
